How to Get More PokeBalls in Pokemon Go

  • Field Research Tasks: A couple of tasks will hand out special items as rewards for completion, ranging anywhere from Candies to PokeBalls. There’s no harm in finishing these easy Tasks, as the chance for earning PokeBalls from them is quite high.
  • Gifts: Opening a gift can reward players with free PokeBalls, so much sure to share as many gifts as possible, and fill your Friend List to the brim!
  • PokeStops: If you happen to have PokeStops around you, then spinning PokeStops is a solid method of collecting PokeBalls for free. It may take a couple of minutes to refresh, but you can get PokeBalls from these quite often.
  • The Shop: If you are lucky, you will see that in the shop, there will be a free box that you can claim which contains a bunch of PokeBalls. These boxes are occasionally given out by Niantic, so make sure to check the shop for them often. Yes, you can also straight up buy PokeBalls from the shop using your PokeCoins, if you think you can afford it.
