Most likely, however, you will meet the locked door, so your task will be to locate the proper key to unlock it. How to Get Into Team Galactic HQ
We recommend that you reach the Team Galactic Warehouse (it is the exact location where you first entered Veilstone City). Keep in mind that the storage key can be obtained through interacting with the grunt in front of the HQ building. The next step is to find all the containers in the tiny building with the green roof, and utilize the storage key to get inside.
Then head right to the corridor until you notice the stairs. Go upstairs (there will be two stairs) to see a room with two portals on the floor from the left side. Your aim here is to choose the left-most portal. After that, jump into another portal once you reach the next room. Head upstairs and jump into the portal located from your left, rather than the stairs to your right, and go downstairs.

Once you locate a grunt to battle, you must defeat them to get the Galactic Key. Have you succeeded? Excellent, this means that you will be able to open up the Team Galactic HQ in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl!
To reach the needed spot, go downstairs and locate a shortcut to the beginning of the building. You will recognize this area as you have entered this building. So go back to the Team Galactic HQ building door and open the door with the key! Make sure to hit A once you look at the door.
