You get Immunity Boosters from Encounters where you save an NPC. The ones where you have to get rid of a bunch of bandits don’t reward Immunity Boosters. 

Other than that, you also get the Immunity Boosters from GRE Containers that you find in GRE Quarantine Buildings, GRE Anomaly locations, Dark Hollows, and Forsaken Stores.

If you don’t want that much trouble, then you can go for the easy option—buying Immunity Boosters from Vendor NPCs.

Once you complete the quest, ‘The Only Way Out,’ you get the Immunity Boosters blueprint. Past that, you can craft Immunity Boosters using two Chamomile and two UV Shroomz.
