Pokemon Legends: Arceus has released a whole roster of new Pokemon into the Pokemon universe through the Hisui region, ranging from evolutions that are brand new Pokemon to Hisuian variants of existing ones.
Hisuian Growlithe belongs to the latter category, which eventually evolves to the Rock / Fire type Pokemon, Hisuian Arcanine.

Where to Find Hisuian Growlithe in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Unfortunately, the game does not allow you to directly catch a Hisuian Arcanine in the wild, as it does not spawn anywhere in the overworld. This means that you will have to do it the old-fashioned way and catch a Hisuian Growlithe and evolve it into a Hisuian Arcanine.
Hisuian Growlithe are only found in one of the five biomes in the game: Cobalt Coastlands. In it, they spawn in two areas, Veilstone Cape and Windbreak Stand. We would advise you to hunt for Hisuian Growlithe in Windbreak Strand since it is a very common encounter there, and since Veilstone Cape will rarely spawn the baby Fire / Rock Pokemon.
How to Evolve Hisuian Growlithe in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Once you’ve gotten your hands on a Hisuian Growlithe, all you need to do is get a Fire Stone and use it on your little puppy and watch it evolve into Hisuian Arcanine!
Fire Stones can be bought from the Trade Post in Jubilife City for 1,000 Merit Points. They can also be found in Space-Time Distortions, as hidden treasure when riding Ursaluna, and farming them from Tumblestone Ores.
