Granite can be found everywhere in LEGO Fortnite, either lying on the ground or in giant boulders made of Granite. In the early game, collecting Granite from the ground is a reliable method for obtaining this resource.

For a better and more efficient way to acquire Granite, you will first need to build a crafting bench and collect some Wood to craft a wooden pickaxe. To craft a pickaxe, gather five Wood and two Granite, then use a crafting bench.

Players can use a pickaxe to break down large boulders and easily obtain lots of Granite. Common and uncommon pickaxes are more than sufficient to break Granite boulders. However, players can also grind for Rare or Epic pickaxes to expedite the entire process. Epic pickaxe can break all boulders in just 2-3 strikes.

For those who dislike farming Granite, assigning a pickaxe to a villager and taking them on an adventure is an easy way to double the amount of Granite you receive. If you’re unsure how to invite a villager to your village, check out our guide on adding NPCs in LEGO Fortnite.
