When you arrive at the Central Loop, head towards the Newfound Lost Lands part of the map. Keep going Southwest till you find a big bridge with a Nightrunner’s Safe House. Activate it and dive into the water to find a Sunken Airdrop.

The Sunken Airdrop containers are locked, and the lockpicking level is very hard. So make sure you have enough lockpicks and stamina. Once you manage to open the Airdrop, you will get level 7 ~ level 9 gear that can one-shot enemies.
