How to Get Dreamblooms
The event runs from November 12 to November 18, 2021, and in order to have access to it, you need to unlock the Serenitea Pot and complete the Ritou Escape Plan quest.
Find the Sakuya Flower Shop in Inazuma and talk to Sakuya. You must bring her the required materials like Naku Weed, Seaweed, Amakumo Fruit, and others. For them, you will receive one of three possible seeds.
- Pearbell Seed, which can grow into Fluorescent Pearbell, Greenhat Pearbell, and Sandbank Lotus Pearbell
- Silkpod Seed (Noontide Silkpod, Dawnrouge Silkpod, and Twilight Silkpod)
- Star Hibiscus Seed (Spring Dew Star Hibiscus, Autumn Star Hibiscus, and Violet Silk Star Hibiscus)

Now go into your Teapot and plant these seeds in A Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe. After 10 minutes, your Dreamblooms flowers will grow.
You can give these flowers to your friends, and they will give you flowers that you do not have. Thus, you can complete the tasks of the event and receive your well-deserved rewards. You can also collect all possible flowers. After the end of the event, unfortunately, it will not be possible to give them anymore, but you can plant them in your Teapot.
