Draining Kiss can be unlocked after battling Team Star Dark Crew Leader. It is also found in Corondo behind the Gym, or nearby a tree beside a river situated between South Province Area Six and South Province Area Four. Draining Kiss can then be crafted using the following: 800 LP, Igglybuff Fluff x3, and Flabebe Pollen x3.
