In Genshin Impact, players can get Dango Milk from the Street Food Vendor, Tomoki, whose stall is in Inazuma City, located right in front of the Alchemy Table, near Yayoi Nanatsuki’s Yayaoi Lacquerware.

Players can buy up to two Dango Milk each day. A single bottle of Dango Milk costs 1500 Mora, and players can store it once bought.
Once you have bought both units of Dango Milk, you have to wait till the server reset to get more.
What Does Dango Milk Do in Genshin Impact?
Dango Milk restores 26% of Max HP to the selected character and regenerates 570 HP every 5s for 30 seconds.
