• For this to work, you’ll need of course an Azumarill and a Hariyama, which is the evolved form of Makuhita. This is the only Pokemon currently in Scarlet and Violet that learns Belly Drum by leveling.

• Next, you’ll need to make your way over to Cascarrafa and purchase the Mirror Herb at the Delibird Item Shop. This will run you about 30,000 Poke Dollars, so it’s definitely not a cheap investment. This item is the key for move transferring.

• After that, you’ll want to go somewhere and set up a picnic. Before starting, remove all of the Pokemon in your party except for the Hariyama and Azumarill. Delete a move from Azumarill’s slots to make room for the new one.

• Finally, make sure that Azumarill is holding the Mirror Herb before you begin. Start the picnic, and within a short period of time, the move should transfer right over to Azumarill. Now Azumarill is all ready to battle in difficult Tera Raids!

• Since the Mirror Herb is such an expensive item, it is best to do this as a late or post-game project rather than early on, especially since that’s when you’ll be fighting in the harder Tera Raids.
