In Dying Light 2, you can get the Bow after completing the story quest Let’s Waltz. 

Once you complete the said story quest, you can also buy different versions of the Bow from Vendor NPCs.

Apart from the Bow, you also get the blueprints to craft Arrows. However, the only problem is that you have to play through Dying Light 2’s story by a lot to reach Let’s Waltz quest. 

You can purchase different types of arrows from the Vendors all around Villedor using Old World Money. Depending on their element, they will have different effects on the enemy.
