In Alchemy Stars or any other game, players get failed to connect to server error when the game client is not able to establish a connection with the game server. The reason for this is a bad internet connection, firewall blocking the connection, server maintenance, and a few others.
Players who reported the failed to connect to server error in Alchemy Stars, encountered it on June 21, 2021. And, that was because the game was under maintenance.
When the game is under maintenance, wait for it to get over. Sometimes it takes 30-60 minutes more for the servers to get functional. As this is the only fix you can do in such case.

Now, if the game is not under maintenance, you can do the following actions to fix the error.
- Restart your internet connection.
- Do a Re-login in Alchemy Stars.
- Check App Permission settings whether Alchemy Stars is allowed to access internet or not. [PC players can check Firewall settings, and add an exception for the game]
