Simulation Core 1/8
The first Simulation Core is quite easy to find. You just need to go to Ben’s chair which stands in the middle of one of the rooms on this level. Behind this chair, you will find the core.
Simulation Core 2/8
You can find this item near the “This Way?” sign. There you will need to go to the corridor on the left side of the sign. After that, you should stick to the right wall till you see another corridor that will lead you to a room with the core.
Simulation Core 3/8
In order to find this core, you should go to the right of the exit from the first corridor. Stick to the wall on the right side of you and you will find the core.
Simulation Core 4/8
After you unlock the gate on the third level you will need to go left and enter the room with lots of eyes on one of its walls. There you will find the core in the corner.
Simulation Core 5/8
After you finish the third level you will find a location with stairs. You can find this Simulation Core right under this infinite stair.

This one is located in the sewers. There you will need to find a huge pool of water and stick to it till you find the stairs. After that, you will see a labyrinth with a few entrances and you should go to the right till you find the last entrance. If you use this entrance and pass through the entire labyrinth you will find a corridor with the Simulation Core.

This core can be found in the cave. Try to stick to the left wall till you find the metal part of it that you will need to pass. After that, you will have to turn left and find a corridor with some body of water. This passage leads you to the cave where you can find the Simulation Core.
Simulation Core 8/8
The last Simulation Core can be found in the room left to the slides. This place is located near the exit.
