Fortnite Chapter 3 is back with more quests to help you gain as much XP as you can and level up quick. This latest one involves finding and driving a Quadcrasher all the way up Pinnacle Peak, earning you 25K XP! It is a relatively simple mission to achieve, but if you need some help finding those pesky Quadcrashers and figuring out where Pinnacle Peak is, then we are here to help. Follow our guide below.
Where is Pinnacle Peak?
Pinnacle Peak is an unnamed location, meaning you won’t find it just by looking on the map for a place name. The sneaky Fortnite devs have a habit of keeping unmarked locations a secret until you happen to enter the area and discover what it is called.
Pinnacle Peak is located above the latest named location addition to the map—Covert Cavern. The top of the mountain where the cavern is found is Pinnacle Peak.
Where Are the Nearest Quadcrashers?
The quest calls for players to drive a Quadcrasher to the top of Pinnacle Peak. You could make it more of a challenge by taking one from further away and trying to get to the mountain unscathed, but many players are just trying to find the nearest Quadcrasher and getting there as fast as possible. There are a few locations very nearby where you can find Quadcrashers. The closest three locations are:
The old Nutcracker’s Cabin south of the Logjam Lumberyard lake.
The Llama hut north of Covert Cavern, where Lt. John Llama can also be found with a Loot Llama, and usually a chest and an ammo box.
And finally, there is a Quadcrasher right at the foot of Covert Cavern to the south west, near the river.
There are a few other places nearby, including the gas station near Logjam Lumberyard and west of Camp Cuddle, but the three options we gave are the closest. Good luck!
