Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Resistance Quests continue with week 9. This week of quests brings us closer to the truth about what is happening in the world of Fortnite and The Imagined Order. To begin, players had to establish a device uplink at either Sleepy Sound or Camp Cuddle, then fish for mech parts. Next, a device uplink should be established at Command Cavern, where players can go straight to seeking out and downloading the personnel files form IO servers within the cavern. Find out more below!
How to Download Personnel Files from an IO Server
Once the third quest is complete and the device uplink is established at Command Cavern, players will be given a mission to enter the cavern and find an IO server. There are a few to choose from, but the easiest is the one with a quick escape route.
Go to the wind turbine (or wind tunnel) and jump inside; do not glide, as that will lift you upwards. Instead, you need to dive downwards into the strong air current and find the open doorway.

Land inside this open area and see the IO server on your right hand side. This is where you need to download the personnel files. Interact with the machine, scroll through the files until you see one named ‘the_order.csv’ and select Examine Entry. This gives Jones everything he needs to know about who has been looking at the files, and what information they may have.
Once this Resistance Quest is complete, you earn 23K XP and can move onto the next quest. The next quest is another device uplink, this time found at any of the Seven Outpost locations.
Luckily there is a Seven Outpost located near Command Cavern so, if you have time before the storm closes in, go and establish that uplink to begin the next part of your mission! Hopefully this has helped you complete at least two of your week 9 Resistance Quests.
