How to Defeat Willow in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

Fortnitemares 2022 brings some spooky quests, haunted locations, and creepy NPCs to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4. Two new NPCs are aggressive and will attack players on sight: The Inkquisitor and Willow. A Fortnitemares 2022 Quest requires players to help defeat Willow who can be found west of Reality Tree at Willow’s Haunt. How to Help Defeat Willow in Fortnite Fortnitemares 2022

Willow is a different type of NPC to other aggressive NPCs we may have seen before. Usually an NPC will see you and start firing whatever weapon they hold towards you. Willow is scarier as she sprints towards you and begins to hit you with an axe. She also mantles, and jumps so can follow you to wherever you try to escape.

She can do a lot of damage very quickly, so it is best to go prepared. Make sure you have full health and shield before attempting this challenge, and take at least 2 weapons including a short range weapon like an SMG or a shotgun as Willow likes to get up close. Make sure, also, to carry some shields: smalls or Chug Splash are ideal as they are quick.

This is also a good quest to try to achieve with another player as it only requires you to help defeat Willow. It can be achieved alone but carries more risks. You will also have to watch your back as Zombies and Chicken Zombies are rife in that area.

The best thing to do when facing Willow, is to get your first shots in hard and heavy, so make sure she has not spotted you, then headshot with a powerful weapon a couple of times before she charges at you. After that, a fast-firing weapon is ideal so use a burst rifle or SMG to get some quick damage done.

If she deals damage to you, especially if she breaks your shield, make sure you top yourself up. She can deal damage pretty quickly so it is best if you have shield topped up. If you can, get to the roof quickly and get some quick shots in, or even fire a rocket at her, before she chases after you.
