How to Use/Equip Pre-Order Bonus in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands pre-order bonus includes the Golden Hero Armor and a few other things. To use the pre-order bonus, you first have to progress the game till you reach Brighthoof, the hub area of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, and have also unlocked the Armor slot.

You can reach Brighthoof after defeating the Zomboss in the Shattergrave Borrow area.
Assuming you are at Brighthoof, you can interact with the Quick Change Machine to change your armor and other appearances.
