How to Add Seasoning To Food Items
You can add Seasoning to Food Items listed in the Use Seasoning section by first cooking them at any of the Cooking Stations and then making Seasoning using the Event Details tab.

Once that is done, you can go to the Use Seasoning section, select the respective Food Item, and click on Cook to apply the available Seasonings.
Each Seasoning quest in Spices from the West event of Genshin Impact gives you three Seasonings. Once you have added Seasonings to food items, you can visit your Serenitea Pot and feed the dish to your companions to get compliments from them while increasing the Companion Level.
