Learn how to add a title to your character in Diablo 4 and show everyone how badass you are!

If your experience with Diablo 4 is anything similar to mine, you probably spent a lot of time creating your first character. When I was finally done with picking the right eyebrows and tattoos (you know, the important stuff) for my lightning sorceress and started the game, I immediately went to the Character tab to see what it all looks like.

There, I noticed that my sorceress has no title and got entirely confused. I saw no option for adding titles in the character customization menu that you start with. To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure what titles are all about. So, if this little part of the game is confusing you as well, you’ll learn everything you need to know about how to add a title to your character in Diablo 4 from this straightforward guide.

  2. Hit the red Profile button

  4. Choose the prefix and suffix that you like
  5. Hit Confirm

You can use the same process to change your emblem when you’re in the Edit Profile tab.

What Does a Character Title Do in Diablo 4?

Adding a title and an emblem to your character in Diablo 4 doesn’t accomplish much more than showing off. Your title is visible to other players, and you unlock new prefixes and suffixes by completing different challenges throughout the game.

Basically, it’s just another way to make your Diablo 4 hero look and sound a bit more badass. After all, you probably don’t want to be called Lucky Commoner throughout the whole game—Lethal Maniac, for example, just has a nicer ring to it.

Now, go ahead and experiment with titles in Diablo 4 to your heart’s desire. If you need more assistance with your adventures in Sanctuary, check out more of our guides in the dedicated Diablo 4 section here on TouchTapPlay!
