Well, the first requirement to craft your USS Franklin-A will be to have 200 Blueprints in your possession. You can buy 200 Blueprints if you have 200 Advanced Data Cores in your possession; luckily for players, this is exactly how many Advanced Data Cores you will receive by scrapping old USS Franklins. By now, you should have a couple of those with you.
Now that you’ve scrapped your USS Franklin and obtained 200 Advanced Data Cores to buy the 200 Blueprints, we can move on to the next steps, which will require that you have the following materials:

The materials are actually not that expensive when you consider the fact that this is a G4 ship, and that the costs above don’t reflect any of the efficiency technologies.
