Whatever requires triple authentication is meant to be complicated, and the same goes for that one door in Honkai: Star Rail. If you’re like most other players, you have probably taken care of the first two codes for the door, but you’re struggling with the last one.
In any case, in this guide, we show you how to open the Triple Authentication Room with all the steps along the way.

How to Open the Triple Authentication Room in Honkai: Star Rail
To open the Triple Authentication Room, you will need to find three different key cards. Luckily, they are all on the ship. These cards contain valuable information but have been discarded and now lay in random locations.
For the first key card, you should head to the Master Control Zone of the ship. It is supposed to be on the ground on the right side of the bridge, visible as a glowing orange item that is hard to miss. If you don’t see it when you visit the area, you will have to keep doing side quests until it appears.
The second key card you can obtain from an NPC named Afro. You can find him in the same area of the ship. Just look for a guy in a purple-grey uniform sporting an afro—if he’s not there, you will have to keep progressing the quests. When you finally see him, talk to him several times before he hands over the second code.
Finally, the third and last key card for the Triple Authentication Room is in the Storage Zone. When you get there, go to the room that requires the special pass (which you should have at that point). To get to the code, you will need to solve the puzzle to open up the light path to the room on the top level—you will see a ramp leading up to it. The key should be on the floor.
When you have all three key cards, head back to the Base Zone and use them to open the door. Deal with a few enemies, loot the chest, and you’re done!
