Hamster Town Cheats: Tips & Guide to Solve All Puzzles and Pass More Levels

In today’s article we are going to share with you all of the Hamster Town tips and cheats that we have gathered so far to help you pass more levels with a 3 star rating and solve all of the puzzles that lay ahead of you!

This drawing game is a super cute game which will most definitely challenge your creativity! But not just that, it will also let you collect a ton of cute hamsters and animals which you can place in their own adorable house which you can furnish as you like! Is that cuteness overload or what?

Well then, let’s dive right into the Hamster Town tips and tricks right here below and help you solve the puzzles and unlock more hamsters, shall we?

Play the stages and collect more stars

There are quite a lot of stages in the game, and all of them will revolve around you drawing something to solve the puzzle. Well, one thing that you really need to know is that the levels will get increasingly more difficult, so if you have a hard time figuring things out in puzzle games or thinking outside the box, you will have to work on that!

The game will start off pretty easy, with just one line drawings, but sooner than you might think you will have to draw swirls, all kinds of triangles and other puzzle solving schemes which you might not think of.

So my best tip here is to always try and find the easiest solution – even if you don’t succeed in you first attempt. The good thing is that there are infinite tries, so you can try again and again until you’ve nailed all of the stages with 3 stars.

Of course, at start you might not have the easiest time of your life doing this, but once you understand the physics of the game and how everything works, you will find it quite entertaining – and pretty much addictive!

Always try to find the easiest solution

Sometimes all that a stage needs is a simple line and nothing else. You should always try to see the levels from a different perspective, as though all that you need to draw is a simple line – that’s it.

By finding the easiest solution and shortest one as well, you will most definitely always end up getting 3 stars. The length of a line and the rating you receive will be shown in the top side of the screen – there, you will see a green bar which is split in 3.

If your drawn line will fit within one segment you will be rewarded a 3 star rating – if you pass on to the second segment, then you will only get a 2 star rating – and the same goes for the 1 segment, which is the equivalent of a 1 star rating.

So my suggestion would be to always try and solve all of the puzzles with the shortest line that you can and always try to find the easiest solution. By the way, if there are two pencils underneath that line, it means that you can draw twice!

Level up and place more hamsters

As you level up you will be able to place more hamsters in your little hamster house (or the Adorable Hammie House). You can see your leveling progress in the top left corner of the screen, and there you can see how many stars you need in order to advance to the next level.

By leveling up you will unlock new levels in the Adorable Hammie House and that means that it will increase the amount of Coins you will receive for performing various actions with the placed hamsters.

So keep in mind: every time that you level up, you can put in a new hamster! That means more Gold income!

If a hamster tells you to watch an ad, then watch an ad!

There will sometimes be cases when a hamster will have a dialogue bubble on top of its head which has the icon of an ad. When that happens, I definitely suggest that you watch an advertisement because that will give you a reward which is better than usual – it can give you Gems, so it’s definitely worth it!

Decorate the hamster house

Did you think that all of the stars that you collect will be in vain or only worth to level you up? Well, of course not! It is true that you need to collect stars to level up and unlock new house levels and hamsters, but to actually use the stars it’s a whole different story!

Basically if you tap on the Interior button in the bottom side of the screen you will notice that the hamsters will disappear and if you tap on the bubbles with the stars you can start placing various furniture and decorations in the house!

I definitely suggest that you start decorating the house ASAP because that will make it so much cuter!

My tip here: In my opinion, the best way to start decorating would be from the bottom level to the top, because the decors cost less at the lower levels and will increase in price (stars) as you go up. Also, start decorating the levels completely by using all the decor because that will unlock some achievements for you!

Check out the Achievements

In the upper side of the screen, there will be a button with a ribbon or it – tap on that button and you can start checking out all the in game achievements! Try to work towards completing them as much as you can because they will give you plenty of rewards and Gems which will help you unlock some better hamsters!

Complete your daily missions

The daily missions will be available every single day and they will reset after 24 hours! I definitely suggest that you check them out and complete them daily because there are only 5 of them and they are really super easy to complete!

The daily missions will give you also Gems for completing all of them as rewards, so it’s even more reason to do so. Try to complete your daily missions daily before they reset because you will use the Gems which you get as reward in the Gacha to try and get a 3-star hamster!

Get more hamsters!

There are quite a few ways that you can obtain more hamsters, and they will be super helpful if you are leveling up fast and you want to place the best hamsters in the house to make more Coins.

Get more hamsters from the Gacha:

– Premium Gacha summon: the Premium Gacha summon will let you summon any hamster between 2-star rating and 3-star rating (which is the highest). This summon costs 30 Gems per 1 summon, or 300 Gems for 10 summons with a guaranteed 3-star rating hamster at least!

– Normal Gacha summon: this can be performed by paying 1500 Coins for 1 summon, or by watching an advertisement to unlock a hamster box for free! This Gacha will only give you 1-star and 2-star rating hamsters, so if you want to get a beautiful 3-star hamster you will have to go for the Premium Gacha.

– Watch an ad to get a hamster: After playing the levels you will sometimes get a pop up which will let you watch an advertisement to do a Normal Gacha summon. This is independent from the cooldown of the Normal Gacha summon, so definitely go for it!

I suggest that you save up 300 Gems if you can and do the 10x Premium Gacha summon because that way you will get guaranteed a 3-star rating hamster! It will take a while, but for now you don’t really have to do anything other than try to pass the levels!

Save up Acorns to get new Friends!

The Acorns can be used in the Friends tab to call upon some new friends which are a little different than your day to day hamster – there is a panda, a bunny and even the cutest Shiba Inu that you’ve ever seen!

You can acquire more Acorns by getting duplicates of the hamsters that you already own, by completing various achievements and by watching ads! You can either save up the Acorns and unlock the more expensive Friends, or start with the cheapest one and go up:

– Shinbad the Shiba Inu costs 100 Acorns

– Beavie the Beaver costs 150 Acorns

– Raccoo the Racoon costs 200 Acorns

– Squirrie the Squirrel costs 300 Acorns

– Bao the Panda costs 500 Acorns

– Lala the Bunny costs 1000 Acorns

They don’t have different stats as they are all 3-star rating, but they differ in cuteness – I definitely prefer Shinbad over all the other Friends (even though Bao and Raccoo and adorable as well)!

Watch ads to get 3 star rating

If you have just finished a puzzle with a 2 star rating and can’t manage to get it through to 3 star, then there is a really simple solution: watch an advertisement! By doing this after completing a stage with 2-star it will automatically put it as 3 stars for you! It’s pretty easy but if you tend to finish the levels with 2 stars often, it can be very time consuming.

Watch ads to get free Coins, Hints, Gems and Acorns

There are a few situations where ads are super useful, so if you want to learn what they are (if you don’t mind watching them of course) then let me tell you all of them in detail:

– Get free Coins: After you complete each level you will be able to watch an advertisement to claim free 300 Coins! If you want to summon more hamsters in the Normal Gacha or to upgrade your hamsters, this is definitely worth it.

– Get Hints: During the levels you might have a hard time figuring out the solution – well, in that case, there is a hint button in the bottom right side of the screen which will play an ad and show you how to draw the lines to pass the level!

– Get free Gems: In the main interface of the game, underneath the Settings menu there will be an icon which will show you that you can claim free Gems! This will play an ad and will have a cooldown afterwards, but the reward will be 3 Free Gems!

– Get free Acorns: Just like the free Gems, the Acorn button will be underneath it and it will let you watch an ad to claim a few free Acorns!

Upgrade your hamsters!

Did you know that all of the hamsters can be upgraded? Well, all that you need to do is tap on the hamster you want to upgrade and on the left side you can see the Level Up button. That will increase the amount of Coins you get for interacting with that hamster, so if you interact with them a lot it’s definitely worth to make the upgrade!
