Every Location of the Whistleblowers in Goat Simulator 3
The Whistleblowers can be found in the Downtown city area, and are easily identifiable by their red suits. Among all the distractions of Goat Simulator, keep an eye out for that flash of red! They also all whistle while you are around them – hence Whistleblowers – so you can also use that indicator to help you find and catch them.
There are 3 Whistleblowers to find:
- Goldilocks
- Big Bad Wolf
- Tinkerbell
Here are the exact locations of each of these Whistleblowers:
Goldilocks
Goldilocks can be found near two ATMs, across the street from the Wanted Posters.
Big Bad Wolf
The Big Bad Wolf can be found to the north west of the Wanted Posters. Use the blue tarp-covered container to get to the top of the building.
Tinkerbell
Tinkerbell is practically right down the road from the Wanted Posters. Head west and you will find her on a platform near a building.

Once you have captured all 3 criminals you will have completed the event and unlock the Police Cap with sunglasses as a reward! This item, when equipped, gives you the ability to handcuff people.
