Here is a complete guide for Genshin Impact Seirai Stormchasers’ world quest.
Go to the marked location and defeat all the opponents. You have to fight two Nobushi and one Kairagi.
Once you have defeated the enemies, you have to touch three Charm Hangers. Two charm hangers are near the warding stone.
And, the last charm hanger is found atop a rock formation on a small isle located west of the warding stone’s location.
After you are done touching the three charm hangers. Go to the warding stone and rotate the upper and middle parts to light up the charms based on the charm hanger location and the number of paper charms on them.

After that, talk to Eiko – and it will mark the end of the second part of Seirai Stormchasers world quest.
