Genshin Impact 2.0, also known as the Inazuma update, is set to arrive on PC, PS4, PS5, Android, and iOS platforms on July 21, 2021. The new update will feature the new Inazuma area with distinct landscapes and cultures, a massive amount of stories coming with the Archon Quests and Side Quests, three new playable characters Ayaka, Yoimiya, and Sayu.
The new update also includes a few quality of life changes and features like Cross-progression among PS5, PS4, PC, Android, and iOS, enhanced character shading, Haptic Feedback support on the PS5 version, additional Serenitea Pot functions including, a gadget to collect seeds and plant in the “fields” in your realm and much more.
The update will also feature a new boss enemies and a world boss.
“New Boss Enemies and precious loot also await players in Inazuma. In Version 2.0, the Hypostasis family will see a new Pyro member joining -the Pyro Hypostasis. Another new boss, the Perpetual Mechanical Array which seems to have some kind of connection with the Ruin Guards in Mondstadt and Liyue will also appear in Inazuma.”
“After its debut in Version 1.6, Maguu Kenki will also be found as a World Boss and a source for Character Level-Up Materials in Inazuma.”
