As for now, to redeem the above codes, open Genshin Impact –> Paimon’s Menu. Select the Settings options and navigate to the Account section.

There, you will find the feature to redeem Genshin Impact promotional codes. Click on Redeem Now.

Enter the Genshin Impact redeem code in the given field and click on Exchange. The free rewards from the code are sent to the in-game mail that you can access via Paimon’s menu.
