As mentioned earlier Rosaria is a four-star Cryo user whose weapon of choice is a polearm. Her elemental skill is called Ravaging Confession where Rosaria swiftly shifts her position to appear behind the enemy, and then pierces and slashes them with her polearm, dealing Cryo DMG.

Rosaria’s Elemental Burst attack is called Rites of Termination and during this attack Rosaria swings her weapon to slash nearby enemies and summons a frigid Ice Lance that strikes the ground, dealing Cryo DMG. The Ice Lance will periodically release blasts of cold air, dealing more Cryo DMG.

Genshin Impact is a gacha game with Anime aesthetics, most of the players play the game just to collect different playable characters. And, for a character like Rosaria who is an eye candy, most of the players will roll for her.

In terms of use, Rosaria’s abilities are cool and she can become a good damage dealer complemented by one of her passives called Regina Probationum. What this passive does is Rosaria’s CRIT rate increases while attacking enemies from behind using Ravaging Confession.

Not only that, but Rosaria can also increase the CRIT rate of the party members after using her elemental burst as Shadow Samaritan, yet another passive talent comes into play.

Now, all these elemental abilities, passive talents, and other things are good. But if you ask me a question that Whether you need Rosaria in Genshin Impact or not? Then my answer would be a straight “NO“, as you don’t need Rosaria. But, as we always say need and want are two different things, and most of the time Gacha players do not need fancy or high rarity playable characters, they want them.

Keeping the aforementioned things in mind, we would say that you should roll for Rosaria – just for her character design and her passives. And, since, she is a four-star character, the chances of getting her is good.
