We recommend that you choose Pilots from S, A, and B tiers. All who are below are very weak, and even useless. If you want to destroy all your enemies, then S Tier Pilots are what you need.
Luckily, you can get the Best Pilot at the start of the game. To do this, you need to start the game with a guest account. Then complete chapters 2 and 3 to get rewards and roll Pilots. If you are unlucky, create a new guest account and repeat the steps.
