Faily Brakes Cheats: Tips & Guide to Unlock All Cars & Get Better Scores

Impossible to master and extremely frustrating, but at the same time addictive and surprisingly fun: this is how I would describe the latest endless runner to hit the App Store this week, Faily Brakes. The concept is simple, the controls are easy, yet the game is made in such a way that you will have a tough time actually getting anywhere. Prepare to crash a lot and restart over and over again only to do the same. But I am here to help you a little bit get the most out of this addictive title by sharing some Faily Brakes cheats and tips to go for as long as possible, unlock all cars and ultimately have more fun.

So let’s not waste a single second and let’s check out below Touch, Tap, Play’s Faily Brakes tips and cheats!

1. Use the jumps to see what’s coming
The first jump and all the upcoming ones are extremely important as they show you what the game is throwing at you: use the jumps to see the routes that you have to follow and start going that way: the vehicle is extremely difficult to control so you need to prepare well in advance to follow the route you need to take, so use the jumps to your advantage.

2. You can’t steer while you jump
Have this in mind – you can’t change the direction of your car during jumps, be them higher or lower, but you can still use the steering arrows to have your car steer as soon as it lands – and this is something that you should usually do in order to avoid obstacles.

3. Shields are your best friend
Every now and then, the game will give you the chance to collect an extremely useful power-up: a blue shield that allows you, for a limited time, to go through any obstacle and keep on going. My suggestion is to do everything you can to get those shields because they really make the difference, but once you get them still do your best to drive as good as you can without hitting any obstacles, because if you take advantage of your shield and you simply go through all the obstacles, when it runs out you might not have enough time to get back on the right track.

4. Go for slow turns
As soon as you start tapping one arrow or the other for too long, you will start losing control of your vehicle. This is why it’s better to simply go for short and quick taps to keep the car under control. It’s not going to be easy!

5. How to unlock all cars
Unless you want to pay to unlock each car, you will have to earn them one by one. Watch videos whenever they are available in order to earn a few free coins, get your free rewards by waiting for the timer to end (use the time lapse cheat and set your device’s time forward to collect the rewards faster) and collect coins during your races. For every 100 coins you collect, you unlock a random car and eventually you will have them all. However, it doesn’t seem that different cars have different stats, so it’s all just aesthetic.

Also, you will be rewarded every now and then with the chance to try one of the cars that you don’t have. If you accept, you can drive that car in unlimited races, until you quit the game.

  1. The brick works best for me in handling and control. Sometimes the game glitches up and allows me to pass through trees and rocks without a shield, and picking up a shield will have the opposite effect.
