Fans of endless runner games who have been playing iOS games for some time surely know about Vector, a rather interesting endless runner game published by Nekki released a while back. Today it’s been confirmed that the game will be getting a sequel later this year, coming with plenty of new features that will expand the gameplay experience considerably.
One of the major new features of Vector 2 will be those inspired by roguelike games, such as procedrually generated stages and gadgets, which will help players during the stages with a variety of bonuses. With levels being randomly generated, expect to be surprised every now and then.
Unlike other games featuring randomly generated content, Vector 2 is going to sport quite a variety in the locations the stages will be set in. Players will be running through laboratories, spaceports, factories and more.
Vector 2 seems to come with all the features fans of endless runner games like in their favorite games. The new title from Nekki is still in development so even more features might be added in the final release, which will hit the App Store sometime this Autumn. We will update you on the game as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for more.
