Later in the game, however, it is possible to unlock an extremely useful skill that will allow you to transform instantly into another form without having to spend HP and Ki. Here’s how to.

How to Unlock Instant Transformation in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

To unlock the Auto-Transformation skill, you will first need to unlock the Training Room and upgrade it all the way to level 10, which is the highest. Once you have fully upgraded the Training Room, you will have to complete the extremely difficult challenge that becomes available. Once you manage to do so, you will be able to unlock the Auto-Transformation Mastery Skill, which will allow you to transform into more powerful forms at no cost.

At its basic level, the Auto-Transformation skill will let you transform at no cost into the very first available powered-up state for any character, but you can access more powerful forms at no cost when you upgrade the Mastery Skill. This skill will definitely make your life much easier, but it is well deserved since the last Training Room challenge requires you to be at least at level 90. Don’t ever say that hard work is never rewarded!
