Most of the Soul Emblems in the Buu Saga can be obtained via Story Progression, while a few others will require you to complete side quests in order to unlock them. Unsurprisingly, the Buu Saga Intermission is the intermission that features the most Soul Emblems to find, as it is essentially the post-game where tons of side content becomes available.
