1. Buy the dog delivery upgrades first!
When you’re first starting out, you may be tempted to buy dogs straight out of the box. Instead of doing this, you should save your coins to buy the dog delivery upgrades. Each upgrade brings down the next delivery time by a second, and this is much better in the long run, as you’ll be getting dogs delivered to you for free. Once you’ve brought down the delivery time to around 7 or so seconds, you can start buying the dogs as the dog delivery upgrades will start to get really expensive around there.
2. Feeling lucky?
Every 15 seconds or so, a blue card will show up in the bottom left corner of the screen. Tapping this will show three cards, and you get to reveal them one by one. Most of the time, one card will have a positive effect, while the other two will have negative effects. The game will randomly choose a card to activate, so it’s all up to lady luck! If you get a positive card, you can double the effect by watching an advertisement. So, if you get a 2 diamond card, you can get 4 diamonds! If you get a negative effect, you can cancel it out with an ad as well. We recommend canceling out the cards that make you lose diamonds. Sometimes, you might get lucky and all three cards will be positive!
3. Going to be away? Get the tractor!
The tractor upgrade will auto-scoop poop for you while you have the app closed, which means it’ll generate money for you when you’re not playing. If you plan on being away from the game a lot, consider investing a lot into the tractor upgrades. It’ll be worth it in the long run! Just two upgrades can make around 100,000 coins in 5 minutes of away time!
4. Tap tap tap!
If you are actively tending to your dogs, tap away! Tapping a dog will force it to poop – there’s no problem here, right? – and you’ll get the coins right away. A good strategy is to get one really high level dog, such as the Twins Dog, and just spend your time tapping away. While you’re tapping away on your biggest dog, you should have had a bunch of smaller dogs delivered to you. Merge them and then continue the process! Also, sometimes the bigger dogs have a chance to drop golden poop which is worth a lot more coins!
5. Leave the game open?
So there are two different ways you can handle being away from the game. If you want, you can leave the app running, as this will continue to provide dog deliveries. If you close the game, you will earn coins depending on how long you’re away from the game. Consider what you need most and act accordingly! These dogs aren’t going to grow on their own!
6. Keep evolving your dogs!
Combine two of the same type of dog will result in a new evolution. You can create bigger dogs this way, and you should do it whenever possible. Bigger dogs make better poop, and better poop means more coins, obviously!
