Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel is now available on Nintendo Switch as well as on PC and the other consoles, and it will release on iOS and Android in the future, set to become available on all modern gaming platforms.
Thankfully, you do not have to think too hard about which platform to get the game for, as Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel comes with full cross-play support that lets players enjoy the game with those playing another version of the game.
With cross-play support being a thing, one would expect Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel to also feature cross-progression. Let’s find out if the game indeed has it.
Does Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel Have Cross-Progression? – Answered

Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel does come with cross-progression support, letting players keep their progress intact when moving from one version to another. Unfortunately, you will have to use the game’s data transfer tool to import your progress from one version of the game to another, and you will need to have a Konami ID to do so.
To import your progress from one version of Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel to another, you will have to head into the options menu after completing the tutorial and select data transfer. Follow the information provided by the game to upload your progress to your Konami ID. To transfer progress to another version of the game, you will simply have to select the data transfer option in the menu again.
While the procedure isn’t as intuitive as it could have been, the fact that Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel does have cross-progression is a big plus, and we can be sure many players will be glad the game features it once it launches on iOS and Android, allowing them to enjoy the game on the go with their progress intact even without a Nintendo Switch.
