There is no official confirmation from the developers Tencent Games and TiMi Studios that if COD Mobile have bots or not. However, with personal experience and community feedback, we can say that Call of Duty Mobile indeed has bots in casual lobbies.

Reddit user u/ObitoFamon scored 38-0 against his opponents in a sniper match and got a nuke in his very first game. The Reddit thread mentions many players experiences that prove that COD Mobile indeed have bots.
