The deep sea is calling, and you’re here to answer! Deepsea Farm is, as the name implies, a farming game set in an underwater sea plateau. Your capsule has crashed landed straight into this unknown world, and now you must find a way to repair to get back home. Our Deepsea Farm cheats and tips will show you how to make the most of your adventure.
Deepsea Farm is, despite the circumstances, a very relaxing and calm game. You’ll build a beautiful farm as you progress through the story, and we’re here to show you some pointers for your underwater adventure. Let’s get started with our Deepsea Farm cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Complete the quests with energy first!
Every single action you take in Deepsea Farm requires energy. Your energy is the blue lightning bolt shown at the top right corner of the screen. Energy takes a very long time to recharge, so it’s in your best interest to take note of certain quests. Some quests, in addition to the regular rewards, will offer replenished energy as bonus rewards.
Try to prioritize these quests first. You may not notice it early on because your energy will automatically refill whenever you level up, but as the experience requirements for new levels gets higher and higher, you’ll start to run out of energy. That’s why doing these quests first will ensure that you keep your energy topped off.
Keep your Seed Beds busy!
Seed Beds are where the “farm” part of Deepsea Farm comes in. You can grow all sorts of foods and plants here. You’re going to need a lot of crops for future quests, so always make sure that your seed beds have something growing in them.
The early crops don’t take that long to grow, but the later ones can take up to hours just to grow a single one. For that very reason always be on top of the seed beds and you’ll be good to go with the crop quests.
Add some friends!
You can add other players who are also playing Deepsea Farm to your friends list. When you have a friend, you can visit their farm. You’ll find out that some of their builds are frozen in ice; to melt ice, you’ll need to use a special item on it. If you help out friends, you’ll earn some experience for your troubles.
You can also earn coins from your friends’ facilities as well. Simply look for any facilities that have the coin symbol over them and tap them to collect.
If you don’t know anyone in person, you can also add random people from the Community list. You can also connect your Facebook account, which also grants you starfish, the premium currency of the game.
Get your Turtle Fortune!
One of the quests you get early on reveals a huge turtle hiding somewhere on your land. You can visit the turtle once everyday for a wise fortune and a rare item. You can get precious goodies from the turtle like one of the items you need to rebuild your crashed capsule, and more. Be sure to pay him a visit every day – he enjoys the company!
