Dark Sword 2 Cheats: Tips & Guide to Defeat All Opponents and Pass All Stages

In today’s article we are going to share with you all of the Dark Sword 2 tips and cheats that we have so far to help you defeat all the monsters much easier and learn all of the little things you can do to improve your team.

In this game I have to say that one thing has impressed me since the very beginning, and that is the graphics. The unique graphics and fairly easy game mechanics are some of my favorite features this game has to offer, and I am pretty sure that you feel the same way, because it’s simple, elegant and easy to navigate around.

But enough with the praising of the game – you’re here for the Dark Sword 2 tips and tricks, so let’s not waste another second and dive right into them!

Start by fighting in the Battle Mode

The Battle Mode is the equivalent of the Campaign mode in every other game, and if you want to level up your characters quickly and improve their strength, then this is the way to go.

I suggest that you start by completing the very first missions, “Mission Code 01 – Return of Angels” until Mission 1-8, and once you finished all the missions up to that stage you can then move on to upgrading your characters and gears.

I believe that you will be able to complete the missions up to that point without making too many upgrades to the Fatima (girls), because in the following point I’ll tell you why I find it good to upgrade the fighters later on.

When you complete all 10 missions from “Mission Code 01 – Return of Angels”, you will unlock “Mission Code 02 – Resistance in the Dark” and also Squad missions, which are also very good.

Upgrade the girls the right way

There are quite a few things you can upgrade when it comes to the Fatima, and if you want to do it the right way, then you will wait and think things through before making any rush moves.

Weapons: Weapons are a good upgrade that you can do at any level, but you must start with the very first one before you can move on to the next one. You will receive weapon fragments from various stages, so if you want to upgrade to the next weapon you will have to first level your AI and gather enough Cores to unlock it.

The weapons can be equipped with Parts, which increase that weapon’s Power. Those Parts can be obtained from stages, missions and so on.

Skills: The skills are another thing that you can upgrade at any time, but they depend on the fighter’s rank. For example when you are starting with a C-Rank fighter, you will only have 1 skill. When you upgrade her to the next rank, B-Rank, you will unlock another skill.

You can level up the skills as much as you want, and as much as the Gold allows you! Definitely level up the skills if you want to deal more damage when using them.

Plugins: These are some things that you should really think through before upgrading! I suggest that you collect a few before you start putting them in, because they are basically like Tetris pieces.

The Plugins will fit only in one space, and you shouldn’t recklessly put them wherever you see empty space, because you might end up wasting some slots.

Insignia: These starry pieces are another thing that you can wait before equipping. They will give you some extra stats, so if you want to wait for some good Insignias before equipping them, it’s fine.

Gears: The Gears are useful pieces which, when equipped, give your Fatimas extra stats. The Gears will wear out, since they basically have a battery life. You can recharge them, but if your fighter has a Gear with 0% battery life, then the bonus from that Gear will not apply anymore.

Keep those equipped at all times and pay close attention to their battery life!

Check in every day to claim great rewards

I suggest that even if you can’t play the game a particular day, you still log in and check in to claim some amazing rewards, such as fighter Cores, 5-star equipment and much more. Even if you can’t play, only if you log in and tap on the check in button you can claim the rewards and when you want to play, you will have those rewards ready and waiting for you!

Follow the game’s Social Media pages

I am mentioning this feature because when you tap on the game’s Social Media pages, you will receive Souls for free! All you have to do is go to the game’s main interface, then in the top left corner tap on the arrow to expand the menu.

There, all you have to do is first tap on the Facebook button, and that will redirect you to the game’s Facebook page. You can like it or not – it doesn’t really matter, you still get the reward. Simply go back to the game after the Facebook page opened, and you will receive the reward!

Repeat this for the Twitter page and you will find yourself having some free Souls super easy!

Complete your Daily Missions

Every single day you will have some super easy Daily Missions which will reward you with tons of goods, from Gold to Souls and equipment. Make sure you complete as many of these as you can, because they will definitely be worth it.

Get a Special Gift for free!

In the Shop interface you will be able to claim every day a free gift, which consists of free goodies from the shop, such as Gears, Cores and much more. Open the Shop ->Special -> scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and “Claim” your special gift!

Complete special offers to claim free Souls!

If you want to gather more Souls, the game will give you plenty of offers to do so. When you open any of the tabs “Supply Cubes”, “Souls”, “Gold” or “Items” you will see on the top side a button with “Free Souls”. Tap on that and a new list of offers will pop up.

If you want to complete any of these offers, you should keep in mind that it will count only if you open Dark Sword 2 after successfully finishing the required task! So make sure you keep that in mind if you want to complete these offers!

Forge Items when you have extra Gold

If you happen to have some extra Gold that you are not using for upgrades and whatnot, you can open the Forge button and drag the meter to the amount of Gold you want to spend when creating gears.

The higher you drag the meter, the more it will cost, but also the better quality you will get the finished result!

Open Supply Cubes for gears and Cores!

When you head on to the Shop, if you want to spend your Souls in another way other than saving them for buying Fatima Cores, you will have a chance to get some Cores by buying Supply Cubes!

These Supply Cubes cost 30 Souls for 1 piece, or 300 Souls for 12 pieces (2 free). I definitely suggest giving these a try, because it’s an easy way to gear up and gather more useful items!

Use Auto when battling easy monsters!

When you are dealing with simple waves of monsters (non-boss ones) you should activate the Auto options so you can auto attack them and let the girls use the skills on their own. This is super useful during the monster waves, but when dealing with the bosses, I suggest that you manually battle, so you can try to dodge incoming attacks and attack at the right time!

Reset the stats!

After the battles, you will receive certain increases in your heroes’ stats. You will have 2 free resets for simply watching ads, so if you are not receiving the right stats, I suggest that you reset them!

One thing I found useful is looking for the purple stats. When you will get a purple increase in something, it’s usually super good, so definitely try to keep the stats when the results are purple!
