CSR Racing 2 is finally here and it is setting the standard for iOS and Android racing games! Seriously though, this game looks like a console game! CSR Racing 2 also holds up in the game play department with new cars, new upgrades, and new events for you to race in. 1. Nail down the shift timing!

When it comes down to it, it is all about your ability to perfect shift. Watch your odometer carefully and right when it enters the green zone, shift! Not only do perfect shifts ensure you maintain your speed, you will also get bonus cash at the end of a race for however many perfect shifts you pull off. Early perfect shifts at the beginning of a race are the most important and usually determine whether or not you are going to win. Of course, there is only so much perfect shifts can do – if your car is outdated spec wise, perfect shifts probably won’t help you!

2. Complete your goals!

In addition to winning regulation ways, the next best way to earn some extra cash is to complete the goals. Tapping the arrow on the left side of the screen will show you a list of optional objectives you can complete. They are worth $1,000 each, so it’s very much worth your time to complete these. Early on you are going to rely on these goals to get enough cash for the starting upgrades.

3. Spread out your upgrades!

In order to ensure that your car performs well in all areas, make sure that you buy your upgrades evenly. This means buying the first point of each upgrade type, then moving onto the second point, and so forth. Don’t put all of your upgrades into one type!

4. Complete the daily challenges!

After you complete the tutorial, you will unlock Daily Challenges. In daily challenges, you will be assigned a different car than the one you own and you will go up against a random opponent. Winning these races nets you gold coins, the premium currency, so try to do them every day! The more you win, the better the prizes will be, but the harder the opponent. Once you win a race, you will have to wait a couple of hours before you can take on a new race.

5. Join a crew!

Crews are groups of racers that work together to earn nice perks for each other. Try to join a populated crew. The more members there are, the easier it will be for the crew to earn perks. You can enjoy a variety of perks such as increased race prize winnings and respect rank boost, just to name a few.
