Shinra Building Shop – Available from the beginning of the game.
Wutai Secret Shop – Requires you to complete the 4-2-6 mission.
Sector 7 – Shop – Requires you to complete the 4-4-3 mission.
Nibel Accessories – Requires you to complete the 6-4-4 mission.
Online Shop Shade – Requires you to complete the 9-5-4 mission.
Research Dept. QMC – Requires you to get a special item from Cissnei after defeating the boss of Chapter 3.
Online Shop Duo – Requires you to complete the 9-3-3 mission.
Bone Village Outlet – Requires you to complete the 7-5-3 mission.
The Happy Turtle – Requires you to complete the 4-3-6 mission.

Sector 6 – Accessory Shop – Requires you to complete the 6-2-6 mission.
Research Dept. QMC+ – Unlocks with help of an item that can be found in a treasure chest in Gongaga Village.
Gongaga Trading – Requires you to complete the 2-3-1 mission.
Junon Souvenirs – Requires you to complete the 2-4-1 mission.
Mythril Mine Traders – Requires you to complete the 2-4-5 mission.
