COD: Mobile Season 8 – Test server, release date, leaks and more

COD: Mobile Season 8 – Test Server

A Reddit user who goes by u/Patient-Candle-7311 asked the COD Mobile developers about the release of the Season 8 Test server.

In response to his query, COD Mobile’s official Reddit handle replied, “Hey there, yeah we do plan to do a test server currently for Season 8. No hard date we can share out at the moment, but we are discussing options. If it helps, we usually launch those 1-2 weeks after the previous season’s launch.”

Officials have made it clear that the Public Test Server for Call of Duty: Mobile will be released around the second week of September.

COD: Mobile Season 8 Release date

As per the in-game countdown, the Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 update will officially roll out on 24th September (UTC). Following the previous release patterns, the new season is usually released a day after the previous season’s end.

Once the update hits global servers, players can download it from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We expect the update size to be around 2.4GB, so players must ensure that their device has enough storage before downloading it.

Along with the launch of the COD Mobile Season 7 update, the Chinese version of Call of Duty: Mobile has already revealed the Season 8 content in advance.
