Dandelion Seed is one of the many character ascension material and crafting items found in Genshin Impact. It is exclusive to the Mondstadt region of Teyvat. And it is quite hard to find, granted you are new to the game or doesn’t know the Dandelion Seed farming route and location.

In the wake of that, players often look for vendors from whom they can buy Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact. But, the question is – Can you even buy dandelion seeds in Genshin Impact?.

Can you buy Dandelion Seeds?

No, players cannot buy Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact. It is one of those local speciality items in Genshin Impact which is found only out in the wild. To get Dandelion Seeds, players have to check out different locations like in front of Mondstadt City gates, Stormbearer Mountains, and other locations of Mondstadt.

We don’t know why miHoYo decided to put Dandelion Seeds only available in wild and not in shops. Because, we already have other character ascension florae like Windwheel Aster , Cecilia, Glaze lily and a few others that are available at different vendors.

At current, we have two playable characters, namely, Eula and Jean, both five-star, who utilizes the Dandelion Seeds for their ascension.

Dandelion Seeds are used in quests, random encounters, reputation commissions, creating potions and for others things. So, we hope that miHoYo adds the Dandelion Seeds in shops so that we can use Mora to buy them.
