Mutsuki is a student of the Gehenna Academy, and the most proactive and determined member of Handyman 68.

Unlike her childhood friend Aru, who suffers from a guilty past, Mutsuki feels no shame or remorse in causing crime and mischief, and is generally without a care in the world. No one can really understand and read Aru better than Mutsuki, even without putting any effort in doing so, which displays their strong bond.

Akagi Mutsuki plays the role of the Attacker / Back. She may not be able to tank many hits, owing to how frail she is, but she certainly deals large amounts of burst AoE damage that more than makes up for it. As Mutsuki hits large, multiple circles of enemies with her increased accuracy, she is sure to waveclear like no one else.
