Upgrade the Silo and Barn
These two buildings are extremely important in the long run, because that’s where your items will be stored. The more capacity you have, the easier it will be for you and trust me that you’ll need a lot of room for all the various items available in the game. So upgrade often and always keep an eye on the store, maybe you are lucky to find upgrade materials for sale. If you do, get them!

Tap the birds
You will notice that the flying birds above the farm will sometimes hold small boxes – tap those that do and you will earn all sorts of goodies, usually coins. Also keep an eye out for the glowing purple birds: they give you the chance to watch an ad and earn 1 Gem for free!

Unlock extra production slots
All the buildings that allow you to craft items start with a queue of just one item. I recommend immediately upgrading that at least once, so that your buildings will produce as many items as possible when you’re not in the game. The gems required to get those upgrades are hard to get, but not impossible, especially if you take advantage of the birds. This is the most important place to spend your coins early on in the game: to boost the production queue.

Micromanage and plan everything
Randomly producing items works just fine at first, but pretty soon you’ll need to plan your production in order to make sure that you have what it takes to complete the missions, fulfill the orders and always have the items you need for keeping your farm running smoothly.

This is easier said than done, but it is doable. One of the most important things to keep an eye on is the number of crops you have as you don’t want to run out of seeds at any moment. A good strategy to prevent this from happening is to plant your crops first and start selling/producing things afterwards. However, if it happens to run out of seeds for a particular item, you will always get the chance to purchase some more.

Keep your animals happy
Feeding your animals and caring for them, as well as keeping a close eye on the pet is extremely important because you get a chest reward based on the amount of love they have for you every several hours. The higher the love, the better your rewards, so make sure you keep your animals well fed at all times and collect from them often. Also, play with your dog and make sure that its needs are always fulfilled!

Level up to unlock new features
As you go up the level, more and more interesting things are unlocked, offering you even more challenges but also making the game a lot more fun. So keep on grinding and do what has to be done to build a better, more impressive farm!
