Enjoy the Great Outdoors

One the easiest – and cheapest – ways of getting more athleticism is to simply go for a walk. You can do this when you’re still really young, making it a viable option to increase your athleticism early on. Start small with small walks, then slowly increase your walking speeds and distance.

Walking is easy and cheap and helps increase your athleticism, but it only increases it by a little bit. You’ll have to rely on other options once you’re old enough.

Practice Martial Arts

Another activity you can do early on – and it’s encouraged to do so – is to practice martial arts. If you practice martial arts early on, you can get your parents to cover the costs.

Keep practicing a martial art rapidly (you don’t have to wait between years to do it) and you should be able to master it right away. Getting all the way to black belt can give a nice bump to your athleticism.

Hit the Gym

And of course, you can take the most obvious route and go to the gym. You can do this as early as 12 years old, so make sure to start working on your body early. Similar to martial arts, gyms are usually free when you’re young, so starting early is the best.

Joining an Athletic Team

Once you get into high school, you should join a some kind of athletic team. Weight lifting, track, sports… anything goes! If you can’t make a team, that’s fine – just join a fitness club and that will help you keep your athleticism up.

This is also one of the few times in the game where you can actually see how much athleticism you have. It’s a hidden stat so it won’t be shown to you normally.

Staying Fit

If you can make a sports team in high school, you’re pretty much set for the rest of your life. Your athleticism will remain high, but you still need to work out every now and then to maintain your shape. Don’t forget to hit the gym and go on walks and you should be able to stay fit for the rest of your life.

That concludes our guide on BitLife‘s athleticism attribute. You should now know all the ways to maintain a fit body. If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
