So let’s not waste a single second and let’s check out below the best new iOS games of the week!

Ember

Today’s top pick is a beautiful RPG game created by 505 Games. Boasting over 30 hours of gameplay, this homage to classic role playing games features a deep branching story, endless exploration across dynamic and living environments, a robust skill tree, and an intricate crafting system. In Ember, players are resurrected as a “Lightbringer” and summoned to protect the dying Embers as the world is on the brink of collapse. Beginning in the Deep Barrows, players traverse vast environments divided between aboveground and underground realms – ranging from lush forests to dry deserts and dark abysses – to reach the City of Light. NCIS: Hidden Crimes

Even though the hidden object genre with detective elements is not everybody’s favorite type of game, we have to admit that these games are well done and manage to keep you hooked for hours if you start playing them. And if you’re already a fan of the NCIS TV series, then you’re really in for a treat in Ubisoft’s game. Join Gibbs, Abby and the rest of the NCIS team to solve crimes of murder and espionage with ties to the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Click here to download the game right away.

We’ve already told you everything about the game in a previous article, now it’s time to say it again: play this game! Battle the Great Darkness that has cast its shadow across the peaceful Land of Oz. Join the kingdom’s brave new heroine Ophelia Shen, along with Oz’s legendary heroes – Tin Man, Lion, and Scarecrow – as they embark on an epic quest to stop the rising evil, restore the balance of magic, and return the kingdom to its rightful glory. Download on the App Store here.

Paul Pixel – The Awakening

A classic point and click tap adventure game that fans of the genre will surely appreciate. It’s about an ordinary guy called Paul Pixel who discovers that the part of the city where he lives was put in quarantine. Apparently there has been a zombie outbreak. He needs to get out but soon he’ll realize that he needs to save the whole earth from this zombie apocalypse! Sounds fun! Download the game on the App Store to see for yourself!

So these would be today’s recommended games. I personally love them all and I like the fact that we have such a varied selection today. My top pick remains Ember, so that’s what you should play if you like RPGs and you only have to choose one. But what’s your favorite?
