In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the best Nature for Palkia, aka Origin Palkia, is Modest—as it increases Palkia’s Special ATK DMG by 10% at the cost of -10% ATK, which is fine as similar to Dialga, the DMG output of Palkia’s Special ATK is pretty high.

There is a profusion of Nature in Pokemon Legends: Arceus that you can go with—depending on your requirement and the Pokemon. The game offers Natures such as, for example, Mild, Rash, and Quiet that also increase Special ATK DMG by 10%. 

But the expense of these Nature is DEF, Speed, or Special DEF. And, in the case of Palkia, we don’t recommend these Nature as Palkia is a Pokemon with an S-Tier special ability and overall balanced stats. 

The only stat you can sacrifice to get a better DMG output is ATK or DEF. Now, since Palkia’s DEF already stands at 100 if you sacrifice DEF points any further—having extra Special ATK DMG will have no meaning.
