We have already shared with you the best keyboard cases for the iPad Air and iPad Air 2, but since there’s a new iPad model on the market for a while now, we’ve decided to come up with a brand new list and help those looking for the best keyboard case for the iPad Pro 9.7.

Eoso’s Ultra-Thin Aluminum Keyboard Case

Even though it doesn’t really have a name but more of a description (the listing on Amazon is “Eoso iPad Pro Ultra-Thin Aluminum Bluetooth Keyboard Portfolio Case”) this one is a really good choice and at the moment of writing this article it’s also available for a really nice discount, making it the cheapest on our list. It also is lightweight and extremely thin which should please any iPad owner out there! It looks really good to the eye and it’s minimalist design go well hand in hand with Apple’s concepts. There are also multiple color choices available in case you don’t like this particular one (just make sure you stick to the 9.7″ size!)

Looks aside, this keyboard case for the iPad Pro has everything you need: an estimated 90 hours of running on a single battery charge (around four hours are required to fully charge it) and special keys for Brightness, Volume, Home, Screen Lock, and Playback. I also like the fact that the keyboard is not made of silicone like most other keyboards out there, making it feel more like a laptop keyboard – so something we’re used with. A really good choice overall and it’s certainly worth checking out, especially to see if the discount is still there.

Backlit & Detachable Keyboard Case

I’m not one to jump easily to recommend cheap Chinese products, especially when it comes to high ends products like the the iPad Pro, but the truth is that this keyboard case made by Boriyuan is really good and has features that you’ll love, it’s extremely cheap and works really well. Not to mention the fact that it looks really awesome and is thin enough for most. There are also multiple color options, while the fact that it’s both detachable and backlit should definitely be considered a bonus.

It has a running time of about 60 hours on a single charge and it also comes with a laptop-like keyboard, which is something I prefer and I a sure you would too. The package also has a Stylus, which is a nice touch. The case itself folds in three, meaning that the keyboard will never be on your iPad’s display, so there are no risk of accidental scratches. A really good – surprisingly good, I might say – choice for you!

Logitech Create Backlit Keyboard Case

If you’ve got a few more bucks to spend, I would however recommend you to play it safe and go with what I consider to be the best keyboard case for the iPad Pro. Built by the guys and girls over at Logitech, this case is absolutely amazing. Extra thin, durable, beautiful and with backlit keys – it’s as close to perfection as it gets!

It has some really nice features too: it’s powered directly through your device’s smart connector, meaning that you will never have to charge the keyboard itself. Since it is connected using the smart connector, there’s no Bluetooth pairing needed either, which is also a bonus, meaning that you get no lag from it. It also has an entire row of keys for iOS functions and options and I can honestly say that after you try it, you will never feel the need to try a different keyboard again. It’s true, it all comes at a price, but it’s a price that’s worth paying IMHO.
