Call of Duty: Mobile‘s battle royale mode features different classes that players can choose from, each with their own unique abilities. Since you can’t really have a pre-defined loadout for battle royale, we’ll show you what weapons to keep an eye out for in our best COD Mobile loadout for each class guide!
Medic
The Medic has a Medical Station that deploys a spot for your allies to regroup and heal quickly. Medics also pick up knocked down allies 25% faster than any other class. To take full advantage of their two abilities, we recommend using a medium to close-range loadout, as you’ll need to be up in the front lines with the rest of your squad.
Recommended Weapons:
- Assault
- SMG
- Shotgun
- LMG
Scout
Scouts are pathfinders that excel at spotting enemies in advance. Their Sensor Dart lets them cover an area that acts like a UAV, revealing enemy locations on the minimap. They’re also more adapt at tracking enemies, as they can see trails of nearby footprints. Scouts are adaptive and can use any weapon well thanks to their versatility. Since your scouting ability is so helpful to the team, it may be wise to use long-range weapons to increase your chances of surviving.
Recommended Weapons:
- Marksman
- Sniper
Clown
Despite the name, Clowns are forces to be reckoned with, as their Toy Bomb lets them bring in a canine friend to help in a firefight. Their dogs will automatically attack any enemy that is nearby, and you join the fight with any weapon you’d like. If you want to go in with your dog, a close-range weapon will do the trick, or you can hang back and pick off enemies with a sniper while your dog distracts.
Recommended Weapons:
- Sniper
- Marksman
- Shotgun
- SMG
- Assault

Ninja
Masters of stealth, Ninjas have a Grapple Hook that lets them hop around easily. When they’re close to an enemy, their footsteps make no noise, giving them the element of surprise. Our favorite way to play Ninjas is to jump to an unknown location, and then sneak up on enemies with a close-range weapon. You can also just park yourself in a hard-to-reach area and pick enemies off with a long-range weapon.
Recommended Weapons:
- Shotgun
- Assault
- Sniper
- Marksman
Defender
Defenders charge into battle! Their Transform Shield lets them create cover wherever they wish, and it also blinds nearby enemies. They also take 25% less damage from everything besides gunfire, so they’re more durable in a way. To take advantage of the blinding shield, we recommend close-range weapons.
Recommended Weapons:
- Shotguns with increased hip-fire attachments
Mechanic
If you like playing with vehicles and messing with other players, the Mechanic is for you. Their EMP Drone can confuse targeted enemies, as it’ll mess up their HUD. Mechanics can also spot nearby vehicles, traps, and equipment easier. They’re adaptable, so just about any weapon works with them.
Trickster
Tricksters are masters at confusing enemies. Psychosis lets them create two holographic clones of themselves, while giving themselves a speed boost. They’re also alerted to enemy footsteps much sooner than other classes. Because of the chaotic and speed boosting aspects, we feel like Tricksters are best suited for close-quarters execution. Summon your clones and then move in for the kill!
Recommended Weapons:
- Shotgun
- SMG
Airborne
The Airborne class comes equipped with an Ejection Device that allows your squad to launch themselves back into the air, as if they were dropping in at the beginning of the match. There are all sorts of ways you can use the Ejection Device, and because it doesn’t really tie into combat, the Airborne class is adaptable and suitable for any weapon.
Trap Master
The Trap Master can lay down Electric Trip Wires to temporarily stun unsuspecting foes. They work the best in close quarters, where enemies can’t see the Electric Trip Wires. As such, using a close-range weapon to execute a trapped foe is the way to go.
Recommended Weapons:
- Shotgun
- SMG
Poltergeist
Poltergeists have the element of surprise with their Active Camo, which allows them to be near-invisible. Their Voidwalker trait makes them move faster while cloaked, so they excel at sneaking up on enemies and taking them out with melee weapons.
Recommended Weapons:
- Shotgun
- Melee
Smoke Bomber
As the name implies, Smoke Bombers can blanket large areas with a suffocating smoke that slows down enemies. They can also spot enemies with Smoke Perspective, which releases a small cloud and marks enemies within. Enemies caught in either smoke are slowed down, so mid to close range weapons work well.
Recommended Weapons:
- Assault
- LMG
- Marksman
- SMG
- Shotgun
Hacker
Hackers can use their Ice Pick to disable nearby enemies’ minimaps and gadgets. On the flipside, Hackers themselves are immune to any kind of interference for their minimaps. Needless to say, in a game about environmental awareness and spotting your enemies before they spot you, the Ice Pick is a game changer. With that said, you can approach combat freely as a Hacker, so choose the weapon you’re most comfortable with.
Refitter
Refitters are tooled for long-lasting durability. They can create Armor Packs at will, which can help their squad rearm after an intense firefight. As they can be considered another utility class, they work well with any weapon.
Desperado
Desperadoes can mow down enemy squads using their trusty Shield Turret, a deployable sentry gun that has a mini-shield. The Shield Turret has infinite ammo for its duration, so keep on firing! They’re also surprisingly durable, as they’re able to use pistols when they’re downed. If they manage to get a kill while downed, they will self-revive!
Recommended Weapons:
- Pistol
Spotter
Spotters excel at calling in bombing runs on targeted areas. Their Cluster Strike bombards a designated area after a short while. They can also spot enemies in the air with their Fly Swatter ability, and they can reload rockets faster. Since you’re mostly going to be firing upon long-range enemies, you’ll want weapons with good accuracy.
Recommended Weapons:
- Sniper
- Marksman

Rewind
Similar to the Trickster and Poltergeist, Rewinds excel at confusing enemies. Activating their Glitch ability will rewind them back to their position five seconds ago, which can completely disorient an enemy. Since this opens up so many angles for combat, any weapon works well with them.
Pumped
Tricky to master but dangerous in the right hands, the Pumped class uses jetpacks to fly around the battlefield. Shooting in the air, as you can imagine, is a lot harder, and your accuracy is greatly reduced, but it also makes you a harder target to hit. Full-auto weapons are best unless you’re really confident in your aiming skills.
Recommended Weapons:
- Assault
- SMG
- LMG
