The new special event has been launched to commemorate the release of the highly anticipated Modern Combat 5: Blackout, the latest entry of the series developed by Gameloft.

In the new challenge, gamers will have to race through a modified Venice track which now features explosions, collapsing buildings and more. It’s a real change of scenery for the track that will definitely please those looking for something a little different. The pleasure of racing through the track isn’t the only good thing about this new Special Event. The best players will also have a chance to win a free copy of Modern Combat 5: Blackout.

Asphalt 8: Airborne is now available for download on the App Store. Modern Combat 5: Blackout will be released later this week, on July 24th so make sure to give your all in the challenges if you want to enjoy the new shooter game without having to purchase it, as the game will be the first entry of the series to be released as a paid title.
