The Invitation that everyone in the Apex Legends community is talking about is nothing but a start to a season 9 teaser that players can unlock right now.
How to get an Invitation in Apex Legends?
To get an invitation in Apex Legends, players have to open a care package and loot a corrupted keycard. When you open the Care Package in the latter half of any Apex Legends match, you will see three keycards on the ground, you need only one. So leave the rest for your team or other players.

Now, when you return to the game lobby, you will see a broken keycard icon appear on the bottom right corner of the game screen. Click on it, you will trigger a special dialogue. Once you have decrypted the passcode, go to firing range, alone. There near the launch pad, interact with the console and you will get an invitation to visit the Arena game mode hosted by Ash.
